Milling
CNC milling for complex geometry, stable repeatability, and controlled surface finish – from prototype to series. We handle large formats up to 6000 × 2000 × 1500 mm and weights up to 12.6 tonnes, with assured flatness and parallelism throughout the process. Integration with welding and assembly reduces rework and lead time.

Three key advantages
3–5-axis CNC milling
We choose 3–5-axis setups when geometry, accessibility, or quality targets require fewer clampings. That means shorter changeovers and tighter tolerance control in critical zones. The same setup can run multiple variants, which simplifies series changeovers and engineer-to-order (ETO) variants.
Optimized fixturing and toolpaths
Simulation and smart fixture design reduce collisions, vibration, and thermal impact. We protect FPY with controlled toolpaths and stable chip evacuation over long cuts. Proper coolant strategy and cutting data keep tool wear in check.
Capacity for large parts
Machine components, frames, and beam structures are milled with flatness maintained over long lengths. Capacity up to 6000 × 2000 × 1500 mm and weights up to 12.6 tonnes enable cost-effective setups for larger structures – with full traceability at every step.

Our Machining Methods
Milling
We mill machine components with both standard and freeform geometries at high precision. You get tight tolerances and consistent surface finish across aluminium, steels, and superalloys—from one-offs to series.
Turning
We turn shafts, rings and bushings with high roundness and low runout. With live tooling and a Y-axis, we add milled features in the same setup to cut lead time and cost.
Horizontal Boring
We enlarge and finish bores and mating faces in medium-to-large components. Long-reach tooling and probing keep position, straightness and flatness over distance.
Bed Milling
For long or heavy workpieces, bed-type milling provides the rigidity and travels required. You get straightness, parallelism and flatness in frames, bases and welded structures.
