Co-Design
We help you increase manufacturability before it becomes costly to correct. Starting from your existing drawing or CAD model, we collaborate to identify improvements that simplify production, reduce costs, and minimize risk.

Three key advantages
Industrial design for manufacturing
Form and function are translated into solutions that can be produced efficiently, assembled safely, and repeated with quality at scale—with drawings, tolerances, test methods, tooling, and documentation that hold all the way into production.
Flexible engagement and clear deliverables
Choose the level that fits: a sounding board on existing inputs, red-mark-up for rapid interaction, or fully updated drawings for selected parts. We work in Creo and connect to Mastercam to secure manufacturing data.
Cost control through design, not in production
We tackle cost risks early in the design to avoid expensive corrections later in the chain. Using VAVE/DFM/DFA and hands-on production experience, we find simplifications that cut manufacturing and assembly overhead—with the greatest impact before drawings are released to production.
A close collaboration
Want to develop smarter products, ready for real production? With close collaboration from the start, we help reduce risk, shorten lead times, and build products that work—not just on the drawing, but in the real world.
Refining a CAD model is seldom enough. Outcomes are decided by whether design choices hold up in production and connect into one cohesive flow. That’s why we treat Co-Design as the bridge between design intent, material supply, machining, and assembly—anchored on the shop floor, where solutions are tested against real process windows.

Our mutual starting point comes from your existing design and our deliverables range from a fast red-mark-up (clarifications and sketches on your drawings) to updated drawings for components and subsystems, including tolerances, test methods, special tools, and production documentation. The goal is exactly what’s needed: technically and economically manufacturable to spec—no more, no less.
In practice we combine VAVE, DFM, and DFA with common sense and supplier experience. We spot over-engineering, test intended function against real assembly, and propose choices that cut risk, shorten lead time, and reduce total cost. In reference projects, changes made before release have delivered 30–70% cost reductions. Early involvement is strongly recommended.
When required, we build prototypes and test assemblies, develop fixtures and methods, and align tolerances with process capability. Unlike a pure CAD consultancy, our proposals are anchored in production reality across machining, assembly, and testing—reducing rework in series.

Creo
With Creo, we take the step from concept to real production. The tool allows us to work directly in complex CAD models and ensure that both form and function are manufacturable from the very beginning. We can quickly test variations, analyze tolerances, and anticipate production challenges – reducing risks before they reach the shop floor. The result is designs that maintain high precision, are faster to release, and are ready for both prototyping and series production.
MasterCAM
Mastercam gives us a competitive edge in CNC programming. By optimizing toolpaths, we achieve tighter tolerances, shorter cycles, and smarter machining – even with complex geometries. Beyond programming itself, we use Mastercam to simulate cycle times, enabling reliable cost analysis before production begins. This allows us, together with our customers, to make better decisions on design, process, and investment – creating solutions that perform technically and deliver strong business value.
