Bed Milling

Bed-type (vertical) milling for large workpieces where stiffness, flatness, and parallelism must hold over long distances. Machine design gives stable removal on large surfaces and extended cuts. Capacity up to 6000 × 2000 × 1500 mm, with lifting capacity up to 12.6 tonnes.

Stability at large scale

Bed machines provide stiffness and vibration damping in both roughing and finishing. Face milling stays consistent, preserving flatness across length—ideal for sealing and mounting planes.

Long travels, locked-in tolerances

Long axis travels combined with proper fixturing minimize deformation in larger components. That improves parallelism and reduces downstream rework. The same setup can sequence holes/slots without reclamping.

A flow without gaps

Bed-type milling links to welding, heat treatment, and downstream assembly as planned. Measurement points are placed in critical zones to lock in dimensions and secure delivery precision across the chain.
